Jacob's Ladder at Christmas Rocks

A challenging climb to the top of a 250-foot Blackhand sandstone cliff with panoramic valley views. The Orange Loop (1.8 mi) ascends Jacob's Ladder; the Blue Loop (1.6 mi) winds through hemlock forest and past rock formations along Arney Run. Some of the most dramatic geology in Fairfield County — the same formations that make Hocking Hills famous.
